How To Get To Fountainhead Palace

The palace was a popular destination for wedding processions. Nobles made this their home, and mystical beings inhabit the area. Okami warrior women would wear a Dancing Dragon Mask at the palace and dance as an offering for the Divine Dragon, which in turn filled them with vigor.
In order to reach the Palace, one needs to defeat the Corrupted Monk in Mibu Village and the Guardian Ape in the Sunken Valley, then breaking the Iron Code and defeating Great Shinobi - Owl. Once the incense ingredients from these bosses are collected, Wolf can then reenter the Wedding Cave at the end of Mibu Village and be transported to the Palace.

Trivia
- The writing above the Vermillion Bridge reads 「淤加美門」:
- 「淤加美」 (Kuraokami / Okami no Kami) is a legendary Japanese dragon and Shinto deity of rain and snow. In Japanese mythology, the sibling progenitors Izanagi and Izanami gave birth to the islands and gods of Japan. After Izanami died from burns during the childbirth of the fire deity Kagutsuchi, Izanagi was enraged and killed his son. Kagutsuchi's blood or body, according to differing versions of the legend, created several other deities, including Kuraokami.
- 「門」 = Gate
